Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 2026 ยท Version 1.0

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on the INITWIN website, why we use them, and how you can control your preferences. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national data protection law.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, maintain your session, remember preferences, or collect aggregated statistical information.

We also use similar technologies (e.g. browser local storage) for consent preferences and, where applicable, interface settings. In this document, the term "cookie" includes these technologies where relevant.

2. Who is the controller?

The controller of this website and data associated with strictly necessary cookies is INITWIN.
Email: contact@initwin.com

3. How do we ask for your consent?

On your first visit (or when we update the policy to a new version), we show a banner at the bottom of the page. You can:

  • Accept all optional cookies;
  • Reject non-essential cookies;
  • Customise your choices by category (analytics, marketing, preferences).

Strictly necessary cookies work without consent because they are essential for security and site operation. Other categories are enabled only if you explicitly accept them.

You can change your decision at any time from the footer, the Cookie settings button, or this page (button above). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
